About the Company:

First Title Services, LLC was established in 2013; however, our office has been a long-standing Title Company for decades. The Company has changed names several time throughout the years but the dedication to the Community and knowledge of the title industry have remained the same. Peggy Brown, owner, has been in the title business since 2006. She became owner in 2018 but remains on the “front lines” of the Company by performing examinations, issuing Commitments and Policies and assisting the clients with closings.

Currently, we have three staff members: Brooke Brockman began in the Company in 2020, she works remotely and enters all new orders and assists with preparing closing documents. Lanie Cunico has been with the Company since February of this year. Assisting with research in pulling documents for examination, she quickly caught on to the ins and outs of our seller financed transactions and has moved into the role of Escrow Officer for those files. Kristy Artery is our most recent hire as she started in April of this year. Kristy has some background in real estate. In her short time here, she has gained enough knowledge that she took and passed the State test for Title. Her bubbly personality has been well received with our clients.
