1. Request to Join
You must receive and accept an invitation to participate in our discussion communities. To view requirements and request an invitation:
Open to employees of NMLTA Member companies and invited guests.
2. Sign in to Engage
Once you have accepted the invitation, you may enter the Forums here. You’ll be routed to our NMLTA Forum space after sign-in, where you will have access to all Communities in which you have been assigned to participate.
If you’re new, you may be prompted to verify your email or setup 2-factor authentication.
First‑time guest? Here’s what to expect
- All discussions, questions, posts and activity within our communities are subject to terms and conditions of both our Anti-Trust Policy and our NMLTA Discussion Forums Policy. Compliance with these policies will be strictly enforced.
- We use Microsoft Entra B2B for secure guest access. You can join using your company email address as shown in your NMLTA login profile. Invited guests who are non-members should join using their work email address.
- A community admin must invite you before you can see content.
- Once invited, return to this page and select Open NMLTA Forum to sign in.
- If you have trouble navigating to NMLTA Discussion Communities, go back to the original NMLTA email confirming that you have been added to a community. Click on the "Go to Community" link, and after you are signed in there you can BOOKMARK that page in your browser.
- A Forum participant whose home organization also uses Viva Engage Communities will be able to toggle between organizations using the network (world) icon in upper right corner of Forum pages.
- A Forum user whose company does not use Microsoft 365 email accounts may be required to sign in with an emailed verification code.
