NMLTA Designated Professionals Program

During the July board meeting, a Designated Professionals Task Force was created to continue exploring the feasibility and parameters of the program.  The Task Force has set a goal to receive survey responses from a minimum of 20% of our member audience, which includes all employees of company members who have registered for a User Account on our website. All individuals with User Accounts are added as contacts for our e-mail correspondence from MailChimp, and become part of our audience to receive all important notifications and news that we send out to our members.

We are asking all members to spread the word about this program among your fellow employees, and other industry professionals whom you may know. The Designation Program could have lasting benefits for your career and the reputation of your company, so we encourage you to talk about it with your managers, owners, etc.  We are planning to offer the official designations to all professionals, licensed or unlicensed, who qualify using a point system based on:

• Years of experience in title or escrow field
• CE hours taken in the last 5 years
• Years of involvement with NMLTA as a committee or board member

By reaching the response target, the Board of Directors and the Task Force will have full confidence in the success of the program, and we can then move along to the next steps in planning and implementation.  If you have not already taken the Survey, please do so by clicking THIS BUTTON
