Associate Membership. Any person, firm or corporation within the State of New Mexico which is engaged in any business related to real estate, including, without limitation, financing, surveying, and appraising is eligible to the Board of Directors of the Association, shall not serve on any committee in other than advisory capacity, and shall not serve in any management or administrative capacity in the Association.
